Ingredients

Pork Belly cooked at MisterBarrel

Red Onions

Mango

Cilantro

Lemon

Red Chili peper

Sal & Peper

When the Pork Belly is ready ( 60 to 70 hanged at Mister Barrel at 400 F) cut it un small cubes, chop the red onion and the Mango ( Pinton) and the Cilantro place all together, add the juice of 4 green lemons and one tbs of red chilli peper and salt and peper to taste, mix with the pork Belly and serve with some green plantains.
